FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT DO I GET AS A MEMBER?

You become a part of an unique brand and Tribe that represents individuals who Dare to be Different.

Our products are for everyone but are in first hand available to our members.

  • You get a behind-the-scenes experience
  • You get access to our premium products and exlusive prices
  • We invite you to our closed page where we update our members on EVERYTHING. Not just the “gucci stuff” but also roadblocks, problems and unexpected issues in, for example, manufacturing
  • Through our updates you will get the opportunity to learn a lot about creating products, how you can solve problems and what those problems might be
  • You will have access to the story behind each and every product we create, why that product is important and what it represents
  • You will have the opportunity to participate in Members-Only experiments, that we do to get us more connected with each other in our Tribe. Through these experiments, members can also win discount codes or even products
  • You will be able to influence new products before they are released or even are designed
  • You will have the opportunity to share ideas and possibly see them come to life
  • You will be a part of a closed group who are the first ones to hear about progress and who are the first ones to get access to products

You will be a part of the process, you will be one of us.

According to a study conducted in 2022, 84.6% of our members consider their membership to be highly valuable (scale 4 out of 4 in value) and 100% would miss their membership if it would be cancelled.

WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM YOUR MEMBERS?

We don’t demand anything. How involved you are in our Tribe is entirely up to you.

The membership is there to enable us to provide more value to people who relate to what we are all about:

To have the courage to be Different.

We will ask for thoughts on future products and you can be a part of influencing our brand if you want, simply by giving your own ideas and opinions.

Our members have the opportunity to vote on different ideas, product specific details, strategies and so forth. But as earlier stated: We don’t demand anything, it’s just our way of creating a fun and different experience.

ARE THERE ANY RUNNING COSTS?

Definitely not. Our products are your way in to our Tribe and they represent who you are and your membership. If your application is approved, you will get a confirmation email where you get invited to our closed page. Besides your product, there are no charges what so ever for your membership.

To gain access to membership benefits you have to be a member, and to become a member you have to fill our membership application.

Once you get your confirmed membership, you’re in.

DO I HAVE TO BUY YOUR FUTURE PRODUCTS AS A MEMBER?

Nope! We involve our Bastards in the process of creating new products because we want to give a fun and different experience.

It’s something we do to offer you more value and it also enables us to create better products.

IS A MEMBERSHIP TIME-CONSUMING?

How involved you are in our Tribe is entirely up to you.

If you just happen to love our products there’s nothing wrong with joining us for that reason, as long as you stand for the same values as we do.

Having members that all relate to the same values gives us a united front, and that enables us to fulfill our long-term mission: to encourage people to own who they are.

HOW DO I ORDER YOUR PRODUCTS?

Simple: You simply put an order through or products page, and we aim to ship it within 48 hours.

DO I HAVE TO ADVERTISE YOUR PRODUCTS AS A MEMBER?

Definitely not! We’re focused on creating a fun and different experience, which is why we do not have “demands” or “tasks” for our members. The membership is simply there to enable us to provide as much value as possible, to people who relate to what we are all about:

To have the courage to be Different.

We’re not only a brand. We’re an experience, a Tribe.

YOUR SLOGAN IS “DARE TO BE DIFFERENT” BUT YOUR PRODUCTS HAVE A SIMPLE DESIGN. WHY?

Because according to us, being different is not about wearing weird clothes – it’s about being true to who you are. It’s about being yourself, even when society or people around you are telling you to be someone you’re not.

Our Tribe is not meant to only be for people who love strange clothes, our Tribe is meant for people who relate to our values.

We are all unique in our own ways, and we look for Bastards who are proud of what makes them different. Going against the flow means more than wearing a bizarre jacket.

So, it’s not about creating clothes with a weird design, it’s about creating a Tribe with people who value the same things. We enjoy a simplistic and clean design, since we let our members do the talking.

WHERE DO YOU MANUFACTURE YOUR PRODUCTS AND WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS ON SUSTAINABILITY?

Where we manufacture depends on the project. We’ve worked with partners in China, but also in countries like Sweden and Finland. When the production is abroad (outside of Finland), we make sure the factories we collaborate with have sufficient third-party approved certificates, to make sure we can rely on their processes and work environments. Examples of such certificates are ISO 9001 & BSCI.

These certify that the manufacturer has an approved Quality Management System in place, that their employees have decent working hours and that the company has ethical business behaviour (no discrimination, child labour or such).

Sustainability is also of the essence, which is why we’ve worked with manufacturers here in Finland, to cut down on emissions from transportation. For this same reason, when we have our production abroad, we do our best to find partners who have all needed services in-house. Nevertheless, we can always do a better job, which is why we’re currently looking to cooperate with suppliers using organic materials, and when possible, increasing our utilization of domestic manufacturers.

2023: We are taking a step towards manufacturing our products mainly in Europe.
